Fort Walton Beach, Florida

Fort Walton Beach is
bounded by a large bay and an inter-coastal waterway. The hotels are
either in town or on the beaches of Okaloosa Island (See
the maps). The hotels in town are generally less expensive and those
on the beaches more expensive. Below are a few links to hotel accommodations. There are
also many condominium rentals available for daily, weekly, or monthly
rental. You can find these by using search engines for condos at Fort
Walton Beach. Some have stayed at the El Matador. It's at the end of the
road, just beside a desolate 20 mile stretch of beach with no buildings,
though you'll need a car because it's over 3 miles away from here. Note that Destin is several miles past Fort Walton Beach
and Okaloosa Island, and the drive can be very hard due to distance and
traffic, especially during peak seasons. You should be able to easily
find accommodations in Fort Walton Beach or Okaloosa Island.

This site is devoted to
presenting the ancient Self-Realization path of
the Tradition of the Himalayan masters
in simple, understandable and beneficial ways, while not compromising
quality or depth. The goal of our sadhana or practices is the highest
Joy that comes from the Realization in direct experience of the
center of consciousness, the Self, the Atman or Purusha, which is
one and the same with the Absolute Reality.
This Self-Realization comes through Yoga meditation of the Yoga
Sutras, the contemplative insight of Advaita Vedanta, and the
intense devotion of Samaya Sri Vidya Tantra, the three of which
complement one another like fingers on a hand.
We employ the classical approaches of Raja, Jnana, Karma, and Bhakti
Yoga, as well as Hatha, Kriya, Kundalini, Laya, Mantra, Nada, Siddha,
and Tantra Yoga. Meditation, contemplation, mantra and prayer
finally converge into a unified force directed towards the final
stage, piercing the pearl of wisdom called bindu, leading to the
Absolute.
